1. No reason to return
If you purchase products through online channels and directly-operated stores, if the purchased products are in the original condition at the time of purchase and meet the conditions for secondary sales, you can enjoy the no-reason return service within 7 days. The starting date is as follows:
1) For the goods you purchase through online channels, it will be counted from the day you receive the goods (that is, the day after the date of receipt);
2) For the products you purchased through the directly-operated store, it will be counted from the date of the transaction stated in the cashier receipt.
You need to apply for a return of the purchased item through the original purchase channel. If the above 7-day return time limit is exceeded, we will not be able to accept your return application (except for defective products caused by quality reasons). Customized items are not eligible for the above 7-day no-reason return service.

Restrictions on Unreasonable Returns

2. Return of defective products
If you think the item is defective, you can choose to return it. Provided that the item to be returned meets the following return requirements:
1) Footwear: Within 90 days from the date of receipt, it is not caused by improper use or improper maintenance due to serious opening, broken soles, broken heels, sections, broken tops, and unworn new shoes that are not in pairs, and shoes vary in size. We will not be able to accept returns of footwear with quality issues beyond 90 days.

4) If products such as footwear or clothing and accessories contain electronic components (such as motors, batteries, chargers, etc.), within one year from the date of receipt, if the electronic components have quality problems that are not caused by human beings, the product can be returned. 3. Exchange Policy Tips
1) For the replacement of the goods ordered on the official website, you need to contact customer service for operation. You can apply for an exchange of the same item of the same color.
2) Customized products do not support exchange, nor do they support 7-day no-reason return service;

4. Return of air cushion (and related) products
Due to the special design and structure of air-cushion (and related) products, as well as the limitation of current technical means, if the air-cushion is broken, our company is temporarily unable to provide maintenance services. If the air cushion leaks due to improper use of the product during the warranty period, our company will provide you with replacement or return processing according to the relevant return and exchange policy.
If the air cushion leakage is caused by improper use or exceeds the warranty period, according to relevant national regulations, we will not be responsible for the warranty.
5. Other situations where no return will be accepted
1) Damage caused by disassembly or repair by consumers, or other man-made damage;
2) If there is damage to the product due to improper wearing;
3) There is no valid sales voucher or invoice;
4) Products not sold by us;
5) Other laws and regulations exempt from warranty liability.
